How does the monthly membership work?

Funds are drafted from a credit or debit card on the 26th of every month.  If you miss an appointment you have 60 days to make it up or forfeit your visit. This is a month to month agreement. Cancel at anytime as long as you let me know 5 days before the monthly draft date.  Family members living in the same home may share the monthly memberships.
